By accessing or using the tax and accounting services provided by Financial 247 LLC (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“the Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Scope of Services

Financial 247 LLC provides international tax and accounting services across multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to self-assessment tax return services, limited company accounts preparation, and offshore company registration.

Service Fees

Service fees vary depending on the jurisdiction and complexity of the work. When applying for services, clients will be asked to choose their jurisdiction, after which the appropriate fees will be displayed in the application form. In cases where the volume of work exceeds standard expectations, Financial 247 LLC reserves the right to adjust the fee and will notify the client before proceeding. In such instances, clients may be permitted to pay for services after completion, subject to Financial 247 LLC’s right to claim any tax refund on the client’s behalf and deduct the service fee from the refund before it is issued to the client.

Client Responsibility for Declared Information

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided for their tax return. Financial 247 LLC will provide advice and support, but the client must carefully review all documents and notify Financial 247 LLC of any errors promptly.

Authority to Act on Client’s Behalf

By engaging Financial 247 LLC, the client grants the company the authority to act on their behalf in dealings with tax authorities and relevant bodies in any applicable jurisdiction.

International Jurisdictions

As Financial 247 LLC operates in multiple jurisdictions, clients are encouraged to contact an advisor to clarify any specific requirements or legal obligations related to their country before proceeding with any tax or accounting service.

Termination

Financial 247 LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the client. In such cases, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded at the company’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Financial 247 LLC will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the client beyond what is expressly provided for in these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for missed deadlines due to client delay or errors in provided information.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is being provided, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Financial 247 LLC and the client, superseding any prior communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the Services.

Modifications to Terms

Financial 247 LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
