1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the accounting services provided by Financial 247 Limited (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Scope of Services. Financial 247 Limited provides a range of accounting services for limited companies in the UK, including but not limited to self-assessment tax return services and limited company accounts preparation.

3. Service Fees. Financial 247 Limited charges a standard fee of £100 for self-assessment tax return services, which must be paid in advance. In exceptional cases where the volume of work is deemed to be excessive, Financial 247 Limited reserves the right to adjust the fee. In such instances, clients may be permitted to pay for the Services at the completion of the work, subject to Financial 247 Limited’s right to claim the tax refund on the client’s behalf and deduct the service fee from the refund before it is reissued to the client.

4. Client Responsibility for Figures Declared on Tax Return. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the figures declared on their tax return. Financial 247 Limited will provide support and advice, but it is important for clients to thoroughly review the documents provided and promptly notify Financial 247 Limited of any mistakes.

5. Authority to Act on Client’s Behalf. By applying for the Services, the client grants Financial 247 Limited the authority to act on their behalf and represent them in front of HM Revenue and Customs and any other relevant authorities.

6. Termination. Financial 247 Limited reserves the right to terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability. Financial 247 Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the client, except as specifically set forth in these Terms.

8. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement. These Terms represent the entire agreement between Financial 247 Limited and the client and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, statements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the provision of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions. Financial 247 Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
