If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"477\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"477\"><b>Scope of Services<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"713\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial 247 provides international tax and accounting services across multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to self-assessment tax return services, limited company accounts preparation, and offshore company registration.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"731\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"731\"><b>Service Fees<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"1366\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Service fees vary depending on the jurisdiction and complexity of the work. When applying for services, clients will be asked to choose their jurisdiction, after which the appropriate fees will be displayed in the application form. In cases where the volume of work exceeds standard expectations, Financial 247 reserves the right to adjust the fee and will notify the client before proceeding. In such instances, clients may be permitted to pay for services after completion, subject to Financial 247\u2019s right to claim any tax refund on the client\u2019s behalf and deduct the service fee from the refund before it is issued to the client.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1802\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once a service has been paid for and work has commenced\u2014such as document reviews, data entry, or tax calculations\u2014the service fee becomes non-refundable, even if the client decides not to proceed with submission. This is because our time, resources, and expertise are dedicated to the client\u2019s case from the moment the process begins. We appreciate your understanding that our team must be compensated for the work already undertaken.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1854\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1854\"><b>Client Responsibility for Declared Information<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"2109\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is the client&#8217;s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided for their tax return. Financial 247 will provide advice and support, but the client must carefully review all documents and notify Financial 247 of any errors promptly.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2150\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2150\"><b>Authority to Act on Client\u2019s Behalf<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2330\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">By engaging Financial 247, the client grants the company the authority to act on their behalf in dealings with tax authorities and relevant bodies in any applicable jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2363\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2363\"><b>International Jurisdictions<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2599\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As Financial 247 operates in multiple jurisdictions, clients are encouraged to contact an advisor to clarify any specific requirements or legal obligations related to their country before proceeding with any tax or accounting service.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2616\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2616\"><b>Termination<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2835\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial 247 reserves the right to terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the client. In such cases, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded at the company&#8217;s discretion.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2864\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2864\"><b>Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"3123\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial 247 will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the client beyond what is expressly provided for in these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for missed deadlines due to client delay or errors in provided information.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3125\" data-end=\"3142\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"3125\" data-end=\"3142\"><b>Governing Law<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3144\" data-end=\"3308\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is being provided, unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3310\" data-end=\"3330\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"3310\" data-end=\"3330\"><b>Entire Agreement<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3332\" data-end=\"3507\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Financial 247 and the client, superseding any prior communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the Services.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3509\" data-end=\"3535\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-start=\"3509\" data-end=\"3535\"><b>Modifications to Terms<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3537\" data-end=\"3755\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial 247 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
